12.-WHITELIST

Brief

The KUUL Token Public Sale I event will be based on a Whitelist, with eligibility determined by active community participation.

Each eligible participant will receive a place on the Whitelist; attempting to secure multiple spaces or circumventing the rules of participation will result in the loss of all opportunities for participation.

Early access to the Whitelist will be restricted to 500 users. A minimum total of 20 million tokens will be available to the 500 users of the Whitelist.

Whitelist Eligibility

Eligibility for the Whitelist grants early commitment to the project and user involvement in community development and building.

Filling out the Form on the KUULKOIN Website:

On the KUULKOIN ICO page there is a form for those people who want to enter the Whitelist. Of all the people who have completed that form, we will draw 25 places for the Whitelist.

Filling out the form on the page does not prevent you from participating in any of the other activities to be part of the Whitelist.

However, in case you gain access to the Whitelist by the form on the page and another method, you will only be entitled to 1 place.

Discord:

The first 25 users enrolled in KUULKOIN's Discord channel will be automatically whitelisted, leaving 450 spaces remaining for other users.

Follow the Project Channels:

The success of KUULKOIN depends on the knowledge of the project and the commitment that users have with it.

To be eligible to claim one of the remaining 450 places, users must:

• Be following or signing up for Kekuul's social media (Twitter, Discord and Telegram)

• Actively participate in discussions with the community on Discord or Twitter, helping other users understand the project, creating infographics, GIFs, KEKUUL memes or various media outlets.

• Help spread the word on Twitter through posts, memes, and tagging at least 3 friends.

Whitelist Logistic

The KEKUUL team will update the Whitelist spaces every 48-72 hours until all 400 places are filled, based on the eligibility requirements detailed above.

To ensure that engagement is observed, users must link their social media identifiers to their Discord profile so that the team can accurately identify users.

The token purchase window will $KUUL be limited to 5 days. Users of the Whitelist are eligible to purchase between $300-$9,000 USD in $KUUL tokens, however, if you wish to buy less, the rest of the available tokens will be returned to the KEKUUL wallet after the end of the 5-day period.

Whitelist users will be assigned a Whitelist tag on Discord and invited to a private channel.

NFT - Additional Benefit:

Automatically all participants of the Pre-Public Sale I will get a common ChaneKe for every 300 USD of KUULKOINS they have purchased. Maximum 7 ChaneKes per person.
